One man is in custody after a tactical response team was called out.
Neighbors gathered outside to watch multiple police cars, ambulances, and fire trucks block the area near Eddy and John Street.
Police tell NTV News that a 29 year old man - David Martin was arrested at 8 PM Friday evening.
Incident at Eddy and John was a high risk warrant service with an uncooperative suspect in an occupied residence. Reported “gunshots” were deployment of chemical munitions to aid in safe apprehension. Suspect is in custody without serious injury. #NoWhereToRun #SafeStreets

Officers went to serve an active warrant - for aiding theft -against the Martin. He wouldn't come out of the house.
Police made several attempts to call him out.
He refused so authorities sent in a chemical agent - pepper spray - and Martin eventually surrendered.
